Search results for partial words? Is this possible?

Hi,&nbsp;I have become disappointed with search&nbsp;today.&nbsp; When I search a document library I need to type a&nbsp;full word for results to appear.&nbsp; Partial words will not do it.&nbsp;So if I am looking for Annual Report, I need to type either "Annual" or "Annual Report" in its entirety, if I type "Annua" or "Annual Repo" no results are displayed.&nbsp;Can anyone comment if this has always been the case and whether there is anything I can do about it?

Great, that does the trick.  This shows me the search functionality is capable of doing what I want it to do.  Any idea if we can make this happen without having to type * ?

Hi Amit,&nbsp;&nbsp;It's possible to perform part word searches from the home page of each site as well as the Office 365 home.&nbsp;It is still not possible to search for part words from the document library itself, I have still not&nbsp;seen any information on why this&nbsp;is the case, it does not seem logical to me,&nbsp;If anything I would have thought it would be the other way round.&nbsp; Part word searches would take up more processing power if&nbsp;performed across all document libraries from the homepage, rather than just one.&nbsp; So I am assuming it's not a bandwidth based decision.
