Restrict Choice column options for specific users
Hopefully someone can advise me if this is possible or not!
Can I restrict what choice options are available to choose for specific users?
I have a choice column on a Document Library - some are "system" choices that I will use in Power Automate flows and should not be used by the end user. Can I restrict their choices to just a few of the options? For example I need them to choose just Approved or Rejected - I do not want to allow them to be able to choose Approved-Processed or Rejected-Processed.
I have a Power Apps customised Form but this only works for individually managing items. It's not possible to amend it when I have more than one file selected and hoped there was a way to "hide" the options using JSON or simliar
There is nothing native in SharePoint that I know of. The ideal would be to create a form with Power Apps from which it would be possible to make restrictions and different views.
