This is something that can be achieved with SPO together with Conditional Access Policies https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/sharepoint/control-access-from-unmanaged-devices
jcgonzalezmartin thanks for our reply. This is limiting from devices, but my requirement is not limit the device. My requirement is user can view file but can not download and print even from browser.
