Proper structure for internal product release notes
Hi Team-
I am trying to figure out what would be the best way to communicate internal product release notes to the users.
Here is the general overview;
- We have like 5 internal products
- Each user/department utilizes one or more of the products - Some user use all and some don't use any
- Each user in the entire company would be able to view the release notes
- Users who want should be able to "subscribe" to receive an email notification when a new release note is published
- Additionally, the portal would be utilized to publish training and usage docs for the specific product (won't be strictly release notes only)
- Users who do not opt-in to receive email notifications should still see the release notes when they open the home page of the intranet.
