Prevent re-sharing in SharePoint?
When i share someone a folder or file in SharePoint/OneDrive with edit rights the receiver can share this file or folder to another person.
Is it possible to block this behavior?
giannox, you cannot control re-sharing, if site members have permission to share and sharing link allows editing.
If editing is disabled on sharing link, then user can share it only with people who already have access to site.

You can control sharing permissions opening Site permissions and selecting "Change how members can share".

But is it possible to allow only site owners & members to share files & folders?
Otherwise site members cannot longer share items..
