PNP Search Web Parts

Hi.

We created a SharePoint site where he have all our Templates and forms (all have dotx extension) and once it was created it was designated Organizational Assets library. Do these types of site behave differently when creating a search page?

I got the search box and the search results. I tried to Sort Order, i go to Edit sort order, select title and when i save this happens 

If i try to sort under Manage Columns, though there is a tickbox, i can sort by any column other than Title (which is the one i want to use)

For ref, i ticked both title and owner

But it only allows me to sort by owner 

Also, i am trying to use Filters

I first crated the site column, added content, mapped it to a refinablestring (like i did in all other sites)

Connected the search results to the Filters

then on the filters i click edit

selected my RefinableStrings

and every time i get this 

I changed the columns, mapped to different Refinablestrings, waited a couple of days, and I keep getting the same.

Is this a normal problem with this type of sites?
