PNG Image files stop rendering

We have a document library that consists of PNG images. As seen by the screenshot below, not a single image thumbnail renders. This wasn't always the case. The gallery view is now useless. Sure, we can create a new library and upload the images there, but what's to say it doesn't stop rendering images just like the existing library.

 

Has anyone experienced this behavior? We've tried refreshing (CTRL+F5) and clearing the browser cache.

    Hi,
    For sure this not the way it should work, so I recommend here to open a support ticket. Have you also tried to open an In Private session?

      Hi Juan Carlos, thank you for your response. We have tried an in-private browser session with the same results. Since I saw another user with a similar issue I was hopeful this could be a bug MS could address.
