For sure this not the way it should work, so I recommend here to open a support ticket. Have you also tried to open an In Private session?

- Hi Juan Carlos, thank you for your response. We have tried an in-private browser session with the same results. Since I saw another user with a similar issue I was hopeful this could be a bug MS could address.
