Photo, video and music Sharepoint or Onedrive

I have a user with around 2TB of media files on Google Shared Drive. I want to move these files over to our SharePoint online  but not sure what the best solution would be.

I've created a new site and added the Picture Library App but it only has 1TB. I've read about an Asset Library but can't see that in Sharepoint?

Or is it best to get the user to move all the files to his OneDrive but then that's also only 1TB.

Once I've moved all the files over, I need to give share access to users accross the business so they can all access and download the photos, videos and music files when needed.

What's the best 365 solution for storing and sharing around 2TB of media files which will likely grow? Sharepoint or OneDrive or Asset Library or another?
