Hello farsami,
There is a service health issue with the preview pane missing "Next" and "Previous" buttons. I'm sure it will resolved soon.

- According to Stephen Rice from the OneDrive Team, they are working on a fix that should solve this problem and other related to the file viewer. The fix is supposed to be applied in the coming days
