Online New experience cannot share from search results
Users want to search for a doc in library, then get a shareable link. In a library view there are options to get a link to a document for sharing.
But when the user searches the library (365 / New experience), and gets a "search results" view, there is no UI to get a link.
This is a major regression compared to Classic experience. Is this as designed and is there a workaround, apart from opening the doc and copying the URL?

I don't believe that is possible with SPO. Have you considered using the List and Library Filters for filtering and obtaining links?
I know its not exactly what you are asking for but "out of the box" functionality it might meet your needs.
