One Way Document Submission into SharePoint Folder/Library

Looking to have a document repository where hundreds of people can submit a document to a sharepoint library/folder. 

The end goal is we want the documents but we DO NOT want to give them all R/W over the sharepoint folder. We want ingress only but no ability to rename/delete/etc any existing docs. 

Is this possible?
