Issue : Unable to upload multiple document through "Upload Multiple Documents" in SharePoint.

Troubleshooting :
Tried disabling and enabling STSUPLD ActiveX control.
Tried to replace the STSUPLD.DLL(Latest version)
Office has been completely uninstalled ( registry keys and app data files as well ).
IE browser has been reset ( via the internet options ) then PC has been rebooted.
After restart ,office has been installed using install file from office.com site and tried to upload multiple documents via the internet explorer and issue seems to not be resolved.
Can anyone please advise If anything else can be done to solve this issue except machine rebuild?
