Your best bet would be contact Nintex support to get assistance. Only possible thing besides it being disabled would be possibly, that you have to go in and enable the feature in site settings if there is one there, but it's also possible that the site has to have it register for each site and it's not set to propagate to all sites in the tenant in the store where the app is deployed.
