News control

Hi

How do I 'control' who can create news posts in SPO?

Management wants to - with a communication site: http://sharepoint.contoso.com/sites/commsite1/ - to publish News - to 'first line' workers that only have access with the SharePoint Mobile App.

Just give read only access to the comm site, and they cannot post news, at least to that site, they can however post to any site they do have edit rights to and that news could possibly roll up to other users news feeds since the news feeds pull from Graph and followed sites.

Those first line workers will need a license to access SPO and hence the communication site so the can publish posts using the Mobile App
