- Just give read only access to the comm site, and they cannot post news, at least to that site, they can however post to any site they do have edit rights to and that news could possibly roll up to other users news feeds since the news feeds pull from Graph and followed sites.
No - I don't want the first line workers being able to post news - they have licenses
