Newly invited guest to SharePoint site getting error message
Hi,
I have invited a guest account to one of our sites, usually this works fine but for this new user he gets the error below.
Any ideas why he would be getting this and what do i need to do so he can get access?

Ollie You can allow the domain of user for external sharing.

- Hello, perhaps I should've added some additional context and not only the reason for the prompt. Consider applying External Identities cross-tenant access settings for B2B when your partners are not using non-Azure AD identities.

- Yes, you need to check the External collaboration settings in AAD https://portal.azure.com/#view/Microsoft_AAD_IAM/AllowlistPolicyBlade
- I would get the user to sign out of all accounts on that machine and start afresh.
