Newly invited guest to SharePoint site getting error message

Hi,   I have invited a guest account to one of our sites, usually this works fine but for this new user he gets the error below.  Any ideas why he would be getting this and what do i need to do so...

    Ollie You can allow the domain of user for external sharing.
