"New Item" written twice in NewForm.aspx of SharePoint List
Using default list form - when opened directly in browser shows "New Item" twice in form https://elonmusk.sharepoint.com/Lists/secrets/NewForm.aspx Anyway to remove this using JS...

i don't have the issue in a standard list.
Do you have the issue also in other lists?
Have you customized the forms layout header?

New form customize header json. Delete everything
