No update. I have reported it to Microsoft and I suggest you create a support ticket. Definitely a bug, so nothing else to do than wait for a fix.
I am too having exact same issues since end of October. All my nested filtering stops working when filtering list by value from filtered list. Will get my admins to create support ticket as well. Please let us know when any of you gets to the bottom of this. Thanks
