Multiple line text with rich text field not getting crawled in Sharepoint search

Multiple line text with rich text field not getting crawled.

Example:- If a fields contain a tag in multiple line having rich text then a tag will not crawled. Display value will get crawled. But if multiple line is plain text then html tags will get crawled.

Please help to get Multiple line text with rich text getting crawled.
