Moving large folder to repository within site - SharePoint Online

One of our folders has gotten a little out of hand and w want to move all it's contents to it's own repository within the same site. It's big ( 180k folders, 1.8M files, 2TB of files).

 

Can we just use the Move function?

Are there any caveats we should look out for?

    You may open the folder with file explorer view in classic SharePoint from inside the VDI or server and then start copy of this folder to another repository in file explorer view.

      Sounds like you're talking about using desktop sync.
      We need a SharePoint Online server solution. We can't use desktop sync, there are too many files.

        No, just open site with classic view. Then Open file explorer for source location. Open another file window explorer for destination location. Then you can do copy paste.
