Moving large folder to repository within site - SharePoint Online

You may open the folder with file explorer view in classic SharePoint from inside the VDI or server and then start copy of this folder to another repository in file explorer view.

We need a SharePoint Online server solution. We can't use desktop sync, there are too many files.- No, just open site with classic view. Then Open file explorer for source location. Open another file window explorer for destination location. Then you can do copy paste.
