Migrating linked Excel files to SPO

BacharHajjar I'm afraid you have to update manually or through PowerShell script the cells after the migration to SPO.
SPMT or whatever 3rd party tool used for SharePoint migration is not analyzing the content (cells in Excel in your case), they only keep/detect permissions, metadata and properties linked to the specific file
