Migrate WSS 3.0 to SharePoint Online
I need to migrate content from WSS 3.0 to SharePoint Online.
There are many workflows in the WSS 3.0
Can I migrate the same with SharePoint Migration Tools or Content Migration Package(CMP file) or any other third-party tool (sharegate, metalogix, etc.)?
Can anyone suggest me a reliable way?

- Unfortunately you will have to recreate all your workflows. Legacy workflows are deprecated in SPO what prevents the migration of any workflow to SPO...It's true that Microsoft announced at Ignite that the SPMT is going to introduce the migration of SP OnPrem Workflows to Power Automate Flows in SPP, bu there are not details about how it works.
