Microsoft SharePoint designer 2013 encountered an error during setup

Same issue.

• Running Office 365 Home Premium 32 bit, Windows 10 pro 64
• Tried both sharepoint designer 32 and 64 installs
• Tried deleting caches (no folder location in current windows but did have in windows.old)
• No reminence of old office programs to delete
• Spent a day surfing web for solutions (found possible idea of running/creating virtual server, not sure how to do or why we should have to)

Thinking about forking out the $100 for microsoft Answer Desk Assure and let them sort it (or try).

Any other ideas?
