Making default color palette theme and custom fonts when creating a Sharepoint site?

Greetings,

I was wondering, is it possible to make custom color palettes and fonts the defaults when creating Sharepoint sites? My company has a branding guideline on what colors should be used and what fonts in everything related to the place.

So instead of having to create and then modify sites or when employees create a site (for example), is there a way to make custom themes and fonts default? 

I know this can happen on the master page and the themes of each site as far as I know.
