M365 Business Basic+Jira Integration

Can anyone here confirm to me if M365 Business Basic can or can't be integrated into Jira?

If can't how did M365 Business Basic integrate with Jira as much as possible a solution with no cost, please 🙂

I a having this error so I am thinking it may not be possible. Hope I am wrong 🙂

 By the way I have created a new Team Site to test this and I am the site owner of the new site 🙂
