If Statements for SharePoint list
I have a list that requires 1) purchase approval (route for approval) 2) internal list based on selection for the office internal customer selects what office they are in (Office A, Office...
- For approval: You can create and use Power automate approvals
- For connecting two list data, you can Create list relationships by using lookup columns
- If you want to restrict viewing internal list items based on office selection, consider approach given in my answer at: View/edit rows in SharePoint List that only relevant to the specific team

I believe so, I cannot use power apps at my organization. Only power automate.
