If Statements for SharePoint list

- For approval: You can create and use Power automate approvals
- For connecting two list data, you can Create list relationships by using lookup columns
- If you want to restrict viewing internal list items based on office selection, consider approach given in my answer at: View/edit rows in SharePoint List that only relevant to the specific team
