I want to switch from nextcloud to sharepoint or onedrive.

Hello, I had 2 questions.
1- I have files and various data that I have stored in Nextcloud application. I want to store this data in microsoft. In which application should I store my data in Sharepoint or OneDrive?
2- Is it possible to migrate data from Nextcloud to sharepoint or onedrive applications?
