I need to share an Excel file that opens as a template, rather than a shared file.

I want to put spreadsheets on SharePoint that, hopefully, open in Excel Online.  However, I don't want the spreadsheets to open as SHARED files that everyone works on, I want each person to have their own clean copy.  

How do I do this?

I would like to be able to add them from my OneDrive, but it is okay if I have to upload them.
