Hi buszi99,
Yes, if you created a content type called Core on your hub site, new27, and it is published, it will be available on all other sites associated with new27.
To make sure that the content type is published, go to the Content Types Publishing page in new27. You can do this by going to Site settings > Web Designer Galleries > Site content types.
On the Content Types Publishing page, click the name of the Core content type. Then, under Settings, click Manage publishing for this content type.
On the Content Type Publishing page, make sure that the Publish checkbox is selected. Then, click OK.
Once the Core content type is published, it will be available on all other sites associated with new27.
To add the Core content type to a site, go to Site settings > Lists and libraries.
Click the name of the list or library where you want to add the Core content type. Then, click Manage content types.
In the Add content types dialog box, select the Core content type and click Add.
The Core content type will now be available in the list or library.

LeonPavesic "To make sure that the content type is published, go to the Content Types Publishing page in new27. You can do this by going to Site settings > Web Designer Galleries > Site content types." I made this step. I did choose "Core".
When i click on Core shows this screen without "Publish"

Hi buszi99,
thanks for your Update and the screenshots. The reason why you don't see a "Publish" button for your Core content type is because it is already published. By default, all new content types are created in a published state.
To verify this, you can go to the Site Content Types page in your hub site, new27. Click the name of the Core content type, and then under Settings, click Manage publishing for this content type.
On the Content Type Publishing page, you should see that the Publish checkbox is already selected. This means that the content type is already published and available to all other sites associated with new27.

Hi buszi99,
I understand why you are seeing only the "Advanced settings" section for your Core content type in the Content Types Publishing page. This is because the content type is already published and available to all other sites associated with your hub site, new27.
To verify this, you can go to the Site Content Types page in any of the sites associated with new27. You should see the Core content type listed there. You can then add the content type to any list or library in that site.
