How to make quick link tiles central on modern Sharepoint sites
Hi all,
I have a quick links set to tiles they are however on the left of the page how can I make them central?

Currently it is not possible using SharePoint out of the box options to align the quick link tiles to center.
You can try adding the section with 3 columns and add quick links inside the middle section but it may wrap the links on 2nd line if links will not fit in the middle column properly.
Also, Microsoft is working on similar feature which will allow you to align the content within section:
With Section Level Content Align, authors will now be able to center and bottom align all the webparts within a single section. This will make it easier for all of the columns in your section to be visually harmonious and reduce the need for the spacer webpart.
Source: SharePoint Pages: New Section Level Content Align - you have to wait for few months until Microsoft releases this feature.
