Mar 25, 2018It's because limited access for that user is put on the library when you share a file, thus, allowing the user to see the library itself so it shows.

If the document is share from root library he can see it but if the document is share from subfolders he can see nothing- DeletedMar 25, 2018That's because it's inside of a folder and all a folder is, is a view. If you changed your library settings to not use folders the file would show up. If you went in with a user that had permission to that folder, and went into it, then copied that URL and had the person with the file shared use that link it would show up as well.

yes, the view have default settings !
so, i understand it is normal if user can't see file in subfolder has been share in Library ?!
i was thinking it was possible, when users share files in Library i was thinking it had also limited access to folders to permit user to view tree and access file !? so it is not possible by default
