"h t t p s" issue

Hello,

We have a problem with a SharePoint add-in (hosted application) on SP farm 2013. SP farm has two front ends, one SQL and one App. Certificate, "D N S" and "A A M" are OK. There is a issue with starting application from root-site collection - problem between redirection from root-site and add-in app.

Add-in application is working fine under "HTTP" protocol.

I would also like to say that on test environment is the same configuration and add-in application under "h t t p s" protocol is working OK.

Do you have any idea where is the problem and how to solve this problem?

    Hi Marija Boskovic, what exactly is the issue that you're seeing? The add-in failing to load and throwing a trust issue? If you're able to provide an extract of the log then that will also help us to understand the issue you're having.
