Guests cannot create new files in shared SharePoint document library

Hello, I have been battling with a problem in my organization's SharePoint. I want to share a folder with guest users so they have permission to create new files, like normal users. I checked all the admin consoles and I couldn't find a way to accomplish it. All the settings are as open as they can be. If anyone knows what could be the problem I would be grateful.

    Hi davcap, 

     

    Did you find your answer? 

     

    I have just reproduced the behavior:

    - If the guest is just a "SharePoint guest" he won't be able to create content (only folders...).

    - If he is an "Azure B2B guest", he will be able to create content.
