Guest Access Management - What are the standard concerns in Office 365

We are in process of planning the governance for Guest Access to SharePoint and other Office 365 services. We need to understand as to what are the standards concerns around the Guest Access in SharePoint and Office 365 that every organization should address and how do we address them?
