Get last view/access date of a externally shared SharePoint or OneDrive file
Hey Techies,
Have any of you been able to achieve the last accessed date of an externally shared link in O365?
- Usually the file details and or hover card will show you last time someone viewed a file in the activity area. I know onedrive has it. Not 100% sure if SharePoint does yet.
You can also make use of the security and compliance center to check the audit log for a file oath and see all the detail regarding the file in the form of views, edits , downloads etc. for both OD and SP.
