First Release
I've been on First Release with my tenant ever since it was possible to enable this. Still not seing ..

If I enable selected users for FR and put myself in there then some of this stuff lights up.
Anyone experiencing the same ?

We just got the new App Launcher on Friday, and don't see the others. We're on First Release for our entire tenant.
- The problem is I see new features in client tenants that have first release enabled whereas in my tenancy I have to use selected user first release to see these. I can't follow the logic. It's not all about the new shiny either, I simply want to have access to the same new features - to allow me to plan deployment based on what is coming down the line.
All of the First Release tenant do not get the feature simultaneously, MS pushes the updates to 10% initially, gathers data, then updates 50% of the tenants, gets more data and then goes to 100%.
Chris McNulty may be able to provide more insight.
- This is my experience too. I've switched to FR Selected Users and definitely seeing the new features arriving first.
- I think this is the general rule for many of the new features being relesead currently: first to selective first release, then to first release and after that general availability
