I've been on First Release with my tenant ever since it was possible to enable this. Still not seing .. Updated App launcher Flow & Powerapps in Modern List menu bar Modern Pages Team Site int...
This is my experience too. I've switched to FR Selected Users and definitely seeing the new features arriving first.
