Extracting the data from a Document Library in a SP Online List

Question

Does anyone know if it is possible to create a SharePoint Online List that extract its data automatically from the columns of a document library?

Below are the document library columns that I want to import in a simple SharePoint online List which will be created in another SharePoint site with other audience.
