External user unable to edit a Word document in SharePoint Online but can manipulate ribbon
Hi, I have a user on an external facing SharePoint site who can't make changes to a Word document. The document is unresponsive if she tries to click on it. She has Edit permissions, and oddly enough she can move around the ribbon and change buttons. She can even create a comment but then can't fill it out.
Has anyone seen this issue? Is there a solution?
[Update] User can move around the page using the keypad, but she can't left click on any part of the page to place the cursor.

- Is this a single Word document, or all Word documents? Also, is this in Word Online or using the Word client application?
