Enabling Comment option do not exists
Greetings,
I'm new when it come to SharePoint. My company assigned me to adjust/maintain/edit our SharePoint 2019 On-premises
One of the first thing that I'm trying to implement is the comments on the Microsoft List, I can see that the options should be there, but it's not there in our SP, what did I do wrong or where I should be looking at?

Oh, is that so? So it's Cloud only features? Is there any addon/update/get around I can install?

- I'm afraid that's not the case with SP 2019. It could be with SharePoint Server Subscription Edition, but not a 100% guarantee
- I am suffering with this exact same issue. I have a couple of lists within the same sharepoint site, but only one specific list is having this issue. Please tell us what to do, really need some assistance urgently as this is the most commonly used list within our organization. We have more than 6 years of data, so building a new list is not an option for us. All help is appreciated, thank you.
