Documentation Sharepoint O365 create template which will redirect you to process page

Hello everybody,

 

I need to create Documentation/Knowledge Sharepoint where multiple people need to go and add their processes. I want to have a blank template which will be a link on the process page, I want people to click on the link -> fill the neccessary information -> save it and automatically SP to create a page with the process.

The idea is not to have word/excel processes stored but instead to have different pages. 

I guess this will be hard but still I wanted to ask you as I am fairly new in the Sharepoint creation and customization.
