display filter pane on list view or HCWP on sharepoint online

Hello, im using sharepoint online.

My goal is to always display filter pane so that customer can use it.

Is there a way to expand the filter pane by default to a SharePoint document library? In the same way is there a way to display filter (pane) when using HCWP (highlited content web part) linked to a library or list?
