Dataset question

Hi all,

We run events and the events we are involved with often utilise 5 or 6 hotels. Each hotel then has it's own set of information such as rates agreed, cancellation deadlines and contract etc.

I have a data set for each 'event' but I believe I need to set up a data set for each hotel to contain this information but how do I link it to each event and display it on the home page?

The welcome page looks like this...

Does anyone have any tips on how this could be achieved?
