Creating Permission Settings For Views in a SharePoint Online Library

I have been researching this for a couple days and what I have found so far is limited. I was hoping someone in the MS SharePoint community can help me find a solid answer. We are using SharePoint Online and I am trying to find out if I can restrict views to specific audiences based off SharePoint group permissions. I have seen some third party extensions but we don't want to pay for such a small feature that seemed to us out of the box. If there isn't an out of the box method for limiting views in a document library based off SharePoint group permissions is there any material someone is aware of on how to develop a solution to this?

I appreciate any information.

Hello! Did you already explored the field „target group“. (German:“Zielgruppe“)? It’s in editing a classic page, edit a certain Webart, last field in this dialog. Maybe there will be also a twin in modern page Webportal settings...

This seems like a promising article using SharePoint Designer:
