Consolidate Modern Sharepoint TeamSites
Hi guys,
i look forward for a solution to get a consolidatet view of my document libraries in different Groups/Modern TeamSites. We had a Use Case that Managers would like to have a view let's say a new document library with linked or copied content from other groups.
Example i have some groups:
Projekt A
- File 1
- File 2
Projekt B
Projekt C
- File 1
- File 2
Projekt D
A solution could be a new group with the content of all other groups like:
New Group
- Projekt A
- File 1
- File 2
-Projekt B
-Projekt C
etc.
I was trying to build a solution with flow like copy content from group A to group b if changed but it is not possible. Does anybody has a good idea?
A good way to do that is with a Content Search Web Part. This will allow you to aggregate content from multiple locations into a single place. You can create a query that specificies the sources and the exact type of content you want to include.
Nice Idear but how to find it in a modern Teams Site?
