Can't see files I upload to a doc library

Greetings,

I have an issue with Sharepoint Online doc library. Basically I tried uploading files to a doc library and when it finishes synching, nothing appears. I tried refreshing and no files show. However a colleague of mine is able to see the docs, but only she can and no one else. Not even me, who was the original author can see them. There is a workflow that only runs when files are uploaded which only reads the info and then displays it in a separate form, so there is no document manipulation that could cause this I would think.

Anyone had this weird issue before? If so, what are some ways to solve it?
